Meet The CEO

September 28, 2018

Naturalista, and professional tattoo artist; Lauren Findley is the CEO and founder of Infinite Glowth LLC. Entrepreneurship was always a natural thing to her, as she always found something to create and sell since she was in elementary school.  She started Infinite Glowth at 19 years old and is dedicated to helping with everyone’s “Glowth”.

What is "glowth” you ask? Lauren defines glowth as the process of glowing, and glowing. The Glowth movement was introduced when she decided to return natural in 2014. After trying numerous products for her hair and skin care routines, Lauren decided to start making products for herself. It took many late nights, months of research, and consistent experimenting. Thankfully, she had her friends and family to support by trying her products as well. Eventually, Lauren’s followers on social media started to notice her glowth, asking for hair/skin care advice and that is when she decided to make it official. Infinite Glowth was launched June 12, 2017, providing natural hair and skin care products.

Lauren (Jamaican) is based in South Florida and enjoys being on the beach. When she isn’t working on making and shipping out new products, she is most likely creating art or spending time outdoors. She enjoys traveling and looks forward to expanding her brand globally.

“Joining the Glowth movement doesn’t have to be strenuous. We are returning back to our natural state, embracing our beauty that we were gifted at birth. There is no better way to embrace your natural state than with natural products.”- Lauren Findley.

Clearly, the Glowth movement is something to be a part of! Check out Lauren’s social media pages and feel free to comment and share!
